Imprint was created from a simple belief: that the way we move shapes how we feel in our bodies and in our lives. Based in the Blue Mountains, I’m continually inspired by the balance of strength and calm found in nature. This philosophy flows into every class I teach.

Pilates is built on the idea that small, intentional movements create powerful results. Through mindful movement, breath, and alignment, my classes are designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and develop a deeper awareness of your body.

My approach is supportive, welcoming, and accessible for all levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to movement, Imprint is a space where you can slow down, tune in, and move with greater confidence.
